Simon and the collective team at Blueprint Construction have created a business model and building process that is hard to replicate and brilliantly implemented.
Simon has seamlessly managed and executed the development of six townhouses to a superior standard. Simon and his team worked both diligently and passionately to produce an end result which has exceeded expectations. Their dedicated service made trusting the course of the build an easy process.
Blueprint Construction allowed us to exercise ample flexibility in creating a customised build; identifying an attractive and invaluable aspect of their offering.
Communication was consistently prompt and productive. Decisions were handled with critical thinking and effective problem solving which made collaboration with Blueprint Construction a simply positive experience. Simon swiftly responded to questions and remained adaptive to requested changes, all whilst assuring us of the Developments progress.
