Prestige Horse Transport

Pretty much stolen my horse blocked my number refused to help. Picked up a horse without consent. Terrible communication and a dishonest company that will not admit to their faults.

Fantastic experience long haul transporting my horse. Gavin the driver was so lovely. He was professional and friendly and coped with me being a nervous wreck. My horse arrived after such a long drive without much sign of him being transported and fully relaxed really quickly on arrival. Will use again

Just wanted to thank Prestige Horse Transport, I had my sensitive mare and her foal brought up to QLD from Victoria and was so worried about how they would cope with the trip. They were very accommodating to our needs, lovely to deal with and my mare and foal came off the truck looking excellent. The driver was fantastic, not only putting in the extra mile on handling both of them but took the time to get to know them along the way as well. Prestige definitely lived up to its name. Thank you again

In 2008 I paid this company $700 to transport a horse. I went with this company because they were highly recommended by some top equestrian centres. You would think it woould be a straight forward service. Alas - no. We were all conned. Sadly, Prestige Horse Transport took my money and did a runner. The equestrian centres and I tried to get my money back but we kept getting excuses. Prestige Horse Transport kept coming up with 'pull on the heartstrings' reasons why the money had not yet been refunded. They came across as very genuine and we all initially believed them. Unfortunately it was a very expensive mistake to believe all their lies. Prestige Horse Transport kept my money. My horse never got transported. The worst part of this is I grew up in the horse industry and had a genuine trust of my networks recommendations. My horse was interestate so I relied heavily on my connections recommendations. Talk about burned! I dont blame the equestrian centres - this is how untrustworhy Prestige Horse Transport is! On an annual basis I try to make contact asking for a refund. Its clear they have no intention of refunding me my money. I will NEVER use this company - they have proven they are totally unreliable. They are true con artists. There is absolutely no way I would rely on Prestige Horse Transport to care about the wellbeing of any my horses! If they can lie to my face, goodness knows how they would treat my horses! 2017 - still no refund! Im totally ignored. 2021 - still no refund! Im totally ignored.
