Loretta has sound communication skills and an eye for detail. When it came to selling our property I did not look further. Her expert conduct and management of potential buyers along with her strong property experience achieved a great sales result that ran smoothly. Highly recommended.

Ivory Tower Consulting was great to deal with. I moved to the city to a place on Flinders Street that was extremely unsafe, when I asked her to move me she did without an issue. Communication and everything was amazing, until I moved out of the second place. I was told I had overpayments that needed to be refunded, chased up for 8 weeks and still haven't received the refund. I'm giving 4 stars because it was great communication, Loretta has been great, if it wasn't for this last part, I would have given 5 stars. But once your off the rental list, communication and effort ends.
