Melbourne Pregnancy & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

I have undertaken Prenatal Pilates group classes with MPPP for 2 pregnancies now, commencing from the end of the 1st trimester and attending twice a week until birth. I cannot recommend their classes enough. The classes helped me feel strong and fit throughout my entire pregnancies and births, and assisted with an almost immediate recovery post birth. The instructors are warm and friendly and really tailor the exercises to your needs and capabilities.

I have visited the Pascoe Vale clinic several times and seen many of the therapists there. They have all been fantastic with not only their knowledge and treatment but also settling my baby during the appointment. Being a first time Mum it's certainly helpful and makes the process alot less daunting. Cannot thank the ladies enough.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have seen Liz Crisp 3 times during my pregnancy and can most definitely recommend her. Liz has been so wonderful each time I have attended, managing my pain and providing me with lots of reassurance and information that has helped me through. Liz has a beautiful caring nature and has always made me feel so comfortable during each visit :)

I am 35 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Kristina since I was 12 weeks pregnant due to pelvic girdle pain. I cannot express how absolutely amazing this woman is, she helped me mentally and physically and was so absolutely lovely! I am all better now thanks to her but kept going to her for my back pains. I am so sad to stop going to her but I will definitely be back after I give birth. She is so amazingly knowledgeable and I recommend her to everyone !!!

Highly, highly, highly recommend and cannot thank my care team enough, which included Julia, Mel and Zali. The team at MPPP took away a lot of the pregnancy stress and ensured I was physically and mentally ready for the pregnancy journey. The labouring positioning, breathing techniques, and constant incorporation of pelvic floor exercises assisted me through the process. Not only were my physical needs tailored and catered for in the yoga, pilates and aquatics classes but my mental health care was supported through every program as well. The team has made entering parenthood a breeze.
