Dealing with Moneyplan Australia was the best decision that my wife and myself have ever made. Dealing with Josh in particular was an absolute pleasure and he explained everything in detail so that we could easily understand the complexity of our plan. Josh has been in constant contact with my wife and myself throughout the whole process and even when it had been finalized, Josh still maintains contact with us both to ensure that everything is tracking correctly. Josh also referred us to GFM accountants. We dealt with Brent who sorted out our taxes for us as we had quite a complex tax return. Moneyplan has been excellent to deal with both prior and after my retirement. Initially they consolidated several super funds and a pension plan was set up, whilst I was still working, that maximised my income. After retirement the advice on my super and investments has been very helpful with the added bonus of Moneyplan doing most of the contact with Centrelink. Our advisor, Jayden continues to be pro-active with suggestions and ideas for further improvements on our investments,
