Essendon Carpet Court

Carpet court did an awesome job with my new engineered wood floors and carpet for the bedrooms. The products are beautiful and well worth the money. I definitely recommend taking the carpet book home to look at how the colours work in your home. I picked a totally different shade once I'd seen the samples with my furniture. The installation went smoothly and on time. Az quickly attended to a couple of minor issues after installation and the team were great to deal with. Definitely recommend them for great quality and service.

Was happy with the finished product that was done by an external contractor. However, not happy with the service received. We had a quote done on site which was not completed properly. We then closed the business for a day to have the carpet replaced, only to be told it couldn't be done because the carpet was stuck down and this had not been communicated. When trying to reach carpet court on several occasions to cover some or any loss of our revenue, we were repeatedly told someone would get back to us which never happened.

I highly recommend Carpet Court Essendon.Armin & his crew arrived on time & did a great job laying my hybrid flooring. Very professional & nice guys. There was no mess whatsoever left behind either.

I received very competitive pricing. Az was able to send a measurer the day I popped into the store. He gave me really good options for carpet and allowed me to take a few samples home to help me decide. The carpet layer was very skilled. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Communication was excellent.

Hello Az, Just wanted to provide some feedback in regards to the Laminate flooring that was installed in my parents home on the 23& 24 February. Firstly for being able to get Simon to come and measure the amount of flooring to be done and explaining different cost to us. We were happy with competitive quote. Also wanted to pass onto (i think the ladies name was Vida ) apologies if this is wrong. In the short period we were there she looked at the photo i showed her of the house interiors and went through the colours of the laminate and gave me a selection of 3 samples to take back to the house. All 3 sampes were very good, one of them looked perfect in the place. Also really wanted to commend the Installers that you use (Amon & Armin) . Such professional and friendly guys. The job was done so well, it was especially hot those days and was amazing how quickly the laminate was put in. Each day when they left and throughout the day they cleaned up so well. I couldn't see any issues with the flooring installation when they left, which a testament to their work Wanted to thank all of your team, Would appreciated if you could provide this feed back back to your team AZ. And thankyou AZ for the smooth process in getting this done for my Mother and Father, they are very happy with the result, so for us that it the most important and the ability to get it inside their budget.
