For anyone thinking of renting or buying in this apartment building...DON'T!!! Speaking as a current rental resident please take my warning seriously. There are some residents in this building that have absolutely no respect for anyone or anything. We are talking pure bottom feeders, society's trash. What's it like living here you ask? Prepare to have loud music vibrating throughout your whole apartment at all hours of the morning weekdays and weekends. So I hope you don't value sleep too much because it is very common to be kept awake until 2-4 am. Secondly, their are grubby theifs all throughout this building. Possessions being stolen from cages, from mail boxes and parcels every single week; and that is no exaggeration. Every week I see either a cop in the building or a message left on the notice board about something being stolen. Many many residents here do not stay long for this very reason. Don't make the same mistake I did.
