Dr. Damien Grinsell did such an amazing job, he was extremely progressional and reassuring. He walked me through the whole process of the procedure which put my mind at ease, the results were more than I can ask for .. thank you so much I love it !!

Dr Damien has been amazing, he has gone above and beyond. He is very understanding, empathetic and supportive. The girls at the front desk are very welcoming and polite, especially Alisha. Keep up the awesome work

I visited the plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Baldwin, at Horizon Plastic Surgery, Essendon Fields (more like heaven) to book in a cosmetic surgery for my broken nose... Dr. Baldwin was very skilled and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained the causes behind the problems with my nose, how he would need to solve them and quickly, but professionally executed his tasks. He also was brutally honest at times, but respectable and with a funny sense of humour. He asked something like, Why were you waiting so long to get your nose fixed? Were you waiting for Christmas? I explained that the nurses at Royal Melbourne Hospital failed to detect my broken nose and that my other doctor detected it a month later. He also had a funny eccentric personality. Before my surgery, I was almost confident that Dr. Baldwin would do an excellent job on my nose, because he seemed to know what he was doing and I was right... Around a week or two later a plastic surgeon, at Horizon Plastic Surgery stripped off my bandages. I looked in the mirror. I was struck with awe at how well Dr. Baldwin had fixed my nose. I couldn't believe how quickly my nose healed and how quickly, but straight he re-positioned it. It was surreal and magical. I even was on the verge of crying tears of joy. Overall, I feel so very grateful and 'over the moon' with what he has done. Dr. Baldwin had such a positive impact on my life. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have my normal nose back. Breast revision and abdominoplasty, why did I wait so long to get this done? Years of feeling uncomfortable in clothes and in my own skin, hours of workouts, gym memberships all to see minimal results. Thanks to the master Dr Grinsell, (I now hail in praise as I enter the clinic) I have a body that compels me to want to exercise and take care of. At 57, I feel 30 again, in fact I look better than I did at 30. Thanks to the entire team for making the whole process a breeze, from the girls at the desk, the hospital, the best anaesthetist, the nurses and of course Dr Grinsell himself. If youve ever thought about doing any procedure to help with your self esteem, dont wait!! the cost of both procedures was thousands lower than any of my friends have been quoted elsewhere and by the end of this process it was clear why, it is because it is not about the money for Dr Grinsell it is about performing an art, he is meticulous and a perfectionist and I couldnt be more happy with my results
