If I could give zero stars I would, every single time I go in for a script Im left waiting and have to ask someone to help me. No one goes out of their way to help. I dont think they realise without customers they wouldn't exist.

1 bad experience can make a million good experiences disappear in a moment. I have never had problems or difficulty once with Soul Pattinson, I have had plenty of prescriptions filled there with no issues and I am more then happy to wait as I enjoy walking and exploring the surrounds. However, recently I went to the pharmacy to get a morning after pill for my partner (something I consider of a personal and discrete nature). Once entering and asking the door counter assistant if they had the MA pill, she directed me to the front, once at the front I mentioned how quite and empty the store was, in that moment I was loudly shushed and hushed by the pharmacist and ordered to be quite as she wanted it to stay that way. I was relatively shocked and uncomfortable with her reaction. once I pushed forward with my question about the MA pill, she treated me like a disruptive child, dismissing me and once again ordering me rudely to get my partner to answer questions to get the MA pill. I said thank you for your time and left. Both me and my partner were quite upset and discouraged from ever returning to Soul Pattinsons for any purpose.
