The most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have ever come across in 35 years of being in the Construction Industry.
They DO NOT ANSWER any calls prior to conducting works,
Their webpage DOES NOT ALLOW you to contact them, it crashes when you try to send an inquiry,
They do not respond to your text messages,
Their office in Queensland DOES NOT ANSWER either, and
No supervisor returns your calls from their automated answering service when leaving voicemails.
