        One of the best customer service experiences, ever! I cannot thank Frank, Craig and Kieran enough for their advice and support with selecting a floor. I was able to take various samples home to help decide on the type and colour of floor. They were so patient and gave me all the time in the world. I decided on a 9mm hybrid floor and am so happy with the quality, colour and feel under my feet. Mac, who installed the flooring came highly recommended by Frank and he met all those expectations. Very professional, clean and efficient! Thank you Karma Flooring for such a positive experience!
