Raymond Mcmahon Medical Centre

I can, with my hand on my heart, say that this is the best medical practice I have encountered. My whole family is looked after by this clinic. Dr Anna and Dr John have been the most efficient, professional and empathetic. The front desk staff (Shona, Mercedes, Jenny and others), even on the busiest of days, have been the most respectful and attentive to my calls and requests. I hope and pray that they will never compromise their quality of service. Thank you heaps RMMC!

The best GP clinic ever. Dr Janice, Dr Helen and Dr Anna. All are so thorough, so caring and empathetic. Toni at reception is incredible. Cannot thank them all enough for the work they do.

Very good clinc. High wait times is because their so popular. I drive out from just past Cranbourne area to see the doctors here. Especially Doctor Richard Weston who's got decades of experience. You just don't find GPs like this anymore. Doctor Weston is very professional inside and out. Just like the rest of the staff and doctors at Raymond McMahon Medical centre. And who have a genuine love for the patients they care for. Doctor Richard Weston is all these things from a diminishing era of professionalism. His clinc is outstanding compared to the many others vistited in the last 20 years. His also been working in this very same clinic since the year 1985, he's a part of the endeavour Hills community and Casey district going back almost 40 years as a GP. He loves his job this much, and it rubs off on you when you meet him. Now that's dedication to his profession too. Not many other have lasted this long in the same job and the same area. In an era where doctors can be more interested in making a few bucks and treating you like a number to get to the next patients as quickly as possible. Rushing everyone out the door. Not giving people enough time to discuss serious medical issues. Or Being treated with fairness, curtacy, dignity and respect. DR Richard Weston and his team of practitioners at Raymond McMahon Medical centre do since opening in 1985. And I hope it continues for a very long time its a wonderful clinic I'd hate to see go. Cos it's increasingly difficult to find this kinda care in this modern era of less care to patients. His reception staff are top notch and older ladies who also have years of experience. Who understands their job, and are fully willing to help you, with scanning results, ringing up and willing to help you with any questions you might have, and leading you to a solution.

Drs at this facility are extremely thorough, helpful and hold genuine concern for their patients. They also have pathology in house so blood tests can be done directly after the appointment (depending on whether fasting is required). I saw Dr. Janice and she was extremely patient, kind and considerate of any concerns I had. There are only two downsides, wait times may be a bit longer (however considering how thorough and kind drs are thats reasonable in my eyes) The other down side is the receptionist can be quite rude to some individuals who come in. Thankfully I didnt personally experience this however I witnessed it. If you have a medical condition that doesnt allow you to wear a mask, maybe reconsider attending this facility as you will experience discrimination and either be forced yo wear one in order to be seen, or be told you cannot be provided with their medical services. Legally within Victoria excluding someone due to a legitimate legal reason - including physical or mental health conditions - for not wearing a mask is illegal. It is discriminatory. So if you have a mask exemption please consider how this may impact you. As it is very easily heard by others attending the facility. The receptionist also is heard making exasperations following those interactions such as exaggerated sighs and mutters such as oh my god. Quite unprofessional and makes it a bit uncomfortable while sitting and waiting. Aside from the reception staff the facility is very welcoming and feels very homey.
