        Been twice now to this medical centre and both times receptionist has been abrupt and downright rude. Theres just no need for the tone. A slither of empathy wouldnt go astray. Will not be back.

        A month ago gave me wrong referral note wrote pain instead of injury so the X-ray clinic said we have to charge you, when I called back emerald medical they said it would be a new call out and would be fully chargeable, their answer when explained the problem was in a fake soft voice sorry, thats just our policy. Charged extra for cancelation without prior information thats part of the policy. Again with a fake soft voice sorry, thats our policy. Do yourselves a favour stay away from here. The Drs tend to be average too.
