I was sent here by my GP and phoned to make an appointment. Was told I didn't have to, just turn up. I was third in queue after they reopened after lunch break at 1pm, but 4 people after me were seen first. I waited 40 minutes, and was told that was because I hadn't made an appointment. I noted on the form not to text any information to me because I don't have a smart phone. Today I got a text with a link to click on for my xray images. Am now sitting on the phone waiting to speak to someone to ask them to email me the link. Slack service.
