I have known Sue Stone for many years. In fact she was the property manager for our first investment property where her intuition and experience enabled me to not loose any money when the tenant disappeared. She did an excellent job. Since becoming a selling agent Sue has impressed me with continually sending new properties to my inbox and constantly pursuing me to sell one of my properties. The experienced presence and detail in all areas of selling this homce from the appraisal to the follow up. Her estimate of where the property would sell was right on the money. After each open house I would receive a list of people who had visited the property and a comment about each person with their level of interest and any comments they made about the home. Sue would follow up all buyers to ask their feedback, what their interest levels were in the property and if they needed any help in areas such as finance, council or from the vendor. Sue always has the vendors interest uppermost, down to requesting that I sign a form to say we are not accepting offers but going to the final auction. Her advice lead to achieving a sale price over and above my expectations of $45,000. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone wanting a realistic appraisal and then committing to her exceptional talent in selling their home for the highest and best price. She has excellent team of trades behind her, with high quality styling and photography, and the Ray White system of selling real Estate Definitely 10 out of 10
