Lauren has put together a great team of people & an amazing Pilates Strength Lab. I really enjoy the Pilates classes with the guidance of a physio. OHL is very welcoming & has a great caring atmosphere. Smiling faces from the time you walk in the door (even under masks)

Such an awesome clinic, 1/ it wasn't so long ago that I was unable to kneel, walk down stairs (going up was fine) and had constant pain in my knees. Move forward after diagnosing the actual problem and working with me to build muscle to support the knee and i am pain free and doing things i thought were lost to me. 2/ my shoulder was a real problem and had been for many years, again after working out what the issue was and working with me to build strong muscles (and yes you can as you get older it just takes persistence and application) i am pain free and stronger that i have been for decades. 3/ Osteopinia, It was diagnosed and we immediately implemented changes to my clinical pilates class to begin rebuilding the bone density and keep up strength training. I love my classes we create a great community and my objective is to have my next Bone Density test showing improvements like one of my class mates.
