Ive used stern legal for notarizing some overseas legal documents in the past and most recently this week . Boris's services on all 3 occasions was very professional , efficient and prompt. He was flexible with appointment times that worked for me and was very prompt with the communication. This 3rd time I received an unexpected discount on the fees and saw a very compassionate service through him . Boris is a very professional, very competent and kind lawyer and I highly recommend his services.
