        Nice enough guy, but made changes to my computer settings I didn't ask for or want and seems to have found more problems than I was experiencing on my laptop. Cost me more than I earn a day for a coupe of hours work on my laptop.

        Abraham helped me fix a laptop that had been hacked. Provided great service on other items that I required and also recommended some hardware for me for my home office. When I got stuck setting it up, he happily answered my calls to troubleshoot over the phone. Thank you!

        Friendly guy but very expensive. Added fees when I went to pay after agreeing on a price. Said he'd clean out my computer but still full of dust when I picked it up. Edit: It wasn't a misunderstanding, the original deal was for a clean and thermal paste change for $80 which is already wildly expensive for what it was. You yourself said the thermal paste didn't even need replacing. You admit to charging me $95 to clean one fan and change some thermal paste. Which is so much more ridiculous than what I thought I was paying for... which was already wildly expensive. I don't want to come back to your shop so you can do the basic work you could have easily done in the first place. I am reducing my 2 stars to 1 star for trying to gaslight me
