Service cheating. Avoid this dealer. do not trust the quote or even the TAX INVOICE. They print out the Tax Invoice according to service book, and claiming that they did a "hand book service" but actually they did not. I have just done a service with them, they quoted me with all three filters changed and the tax invoice shows accordingly "replace air conditioning filter". But they actually didn't change the air conditioning filter which service book required (they admit it in email). Go check your filters if they did service on your car. Can't believe such a big dealer cheated on services.

My second dealing with Lexus of Brighton and cant express how amazing these people are. From the moment my partner and I stepped into the showroom nothing but absolute professionalism. My recent purchase, an ES Lexus Hybrid. We all know how difficult times with new vehicles have been lately, but I must say Scott Baker you and your team were amazing at keeping me up to date with ETAs. A special mention also to Alex from finance, thank you for your prompt service. Last but not least a huge thank you to Chao Lu for your help. Cannot recommend these guys enough to anyone wanting A1 service. Looking forward to our next dealing. Thank you all once again.
