Inspect East Building Inspections

I am so glad that I did my homework when it comes to choosing a Building Inspector. I spoke to the VBA to find out what qualifications an inspector needed to have and was so relieved to find out that Brett is a fully licenced inspector registered with the VBA. You can do a search on the VBA website to confirm this. Bretts pre purchase report was one of the best I have ever seen and he identified major defects with a house we were going to buy at an auction. We would have been left with lifelong debts to try and rectify the defects had we purchased the property. I will not hesitate to use Brett again and in fact he will be the only one I engage with future pre purchase inspections. Used inspect east again this time for a potential house we were want to bid in auction. Brett is very responsive and gives fast turn around report!. Mike the inspector absolutely went beyond my expectation and checked absolutely every single inch of the house and to detail everything in the report!. His also very poliet in anwsering any of my question which i was constantly calling him about. Extremely professional!. Mike arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled time. He spent almost 3 hours to inspect a 2-storey house from the top floor, roof, bottom floor, subfloor, external and garage. He was very professional and patient to answer lot of questions from me. I received the report the same day and had a phone call with him next morning to explain major issues and other areas of concerns. Overall, he did a great job and reasonable price. Recommend to everyone need a house inspection.
