Wear Well Dry Cleaners & Clothing Alterations

I spoke to a person and was told I could get same day alteration. I arrived in the AM and the very rude owner said tomorrow. I rang and spoke to a lady who said the alteration was complete and come after 5. When I arrived the owner said "I tell you Tomorrow!" I explained that i spoke to a lady who said it was ok to come now. She came out of the back and gave me the altered pants which were ready. Hopeless. Tried dropping off a lot of shirts, the lady asked how much Id like to pay (weird), wanted to keep them for a week, then phoned her boss. Her boss shouted at her in Vietnamese at length. I left. Not reliable or professional.

Called today and asked for Shirt to be pressed/ironed very rude and said it takes 3 days What a joke.!!!

Dry cleaning is good however alterations are not. Paid $15 to hem (not take up) a pair of pants and one side fell after wearing once. I took back to get them re-hemmed and he told me that its my heels that unhemmed them. Im 511I dont wear heels. I had an additional 5 pieces to drop off for dry cleaning but due to not re-hemming I decided to take my business elsewhere. Advice: take 5 minutes to re-hem a fallen trouser to make $50+ in dry cleaning and keep me as a lifelong customer.
