I can highly recommend Rebecca Mcphail Massage, After snapping the supraspinatus tendon in the shoulder and the operation to repair the injury in april 2022, Rebecca Mcphail helped with the rehabilitation of this injury, post operation. With the Massage and her guidance with the rehabilitation exercises after the operation, which I followed to the letter! I was able to be fully back to boxing training by July 2022, I can't thank Rebecca enough for her work and her expert advise and guidance in this injury rehabilitation process. Absolute legend,

Rebecca is great at talking about your injuries and working on addressing them, both in session and what can be done at home to maximise benefits of the treatment, and prevent a return of previous issues. I have been visiting for years, always the same fantastic service and friendly welcome.

A very skillful practitioner. I have been a regular customer of Rebecca's since 2018. She uses a mix of western and eastern techniques and will often use needling and cupping in addition to massage. She has excellent attention to detail and will notice changes since the last visit. Rebecca is not only an excellent practitioner but she is a beautiful person and is so lovely. I'm very lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
