Dr Eldon Mah and Kathy are both extremely caring and thorough professionals. They offer a collaborative approach to their work. The appointments never feel rushed and they are always happy to answer any of my questions which has not been my experience with other specialists. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Scar Clinic to friends and family.

Unsatisfactory results. I requested Dr Mah to redo a scar . This was communicated as redoing the layers as a closure and cutting out the scar. The issue occured as a previous surgeon had not provided enough stitching underneath) which caused the layer of skin to fall . I was left with a very large indentation in my leg . Dr Mah s work left me with the indented contour in the bottom half of my scar (2 inches vertical 1 inch width) but now with outside pucker stitch marks pulling in all directions and track marks.

A nurse friend of mine found this clinic for me after I experienced large, and severe keloid scars from two recent surgeries. From the beginning I found Dr Mah and Nurse Kathy to be gentle, ethical, honest and transparent about their work. Medicine and in particular the treatment of scars is not an exact science, but I have always felt safe and confident about my consultations at this practice. These two medical professionals treat their patients with the utmost care and respect, and their bedside manner is impeccable. It speaks volumes that they don't even need to advertise their services, as it is mostly known by word of mouth. And their work is not being done by any others in the medical field as a specialty. I have been very happy with my results in the knowledge that my scars could not, and would not have healed this way naturally. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic, as I trust the practitioners have a high standard of morality as well as practice.
