I cannot speak more highly of the service that I received from Dr Zinn. I was treated with the utmost respect through all consultations and felt that my questions and concerns were met with kindness and patience. The finished result from my surgery greatly exceeded my expectations. Not only do my breasts look fantastic but the change the surgery has made to my life is a night and day difference - I can move my body so much more freely than I could before. I am now 6 months post op from a breast reduction with Dr Zinn and I could not be happier with the results. My initial enquiry was through his website 8th July at around 11am. Dr Zinn had personally responded and passed me on to his secretary Ambi by 2pm the same day, incredibly prompt. His initial response gave me a ballpark figure for a self-funded BR and an approximate timeline for consult availability and time to the surgery date, which was all the information I needed to know if a consult was worth pursuing. My consult was booked the same day for around 2 and a half weeks after this. I had one consult with Dr Zinn. During this consult we discussed my desired outcome, he took measurements and photos, and he showed me some before and after photos of people with similar sizes and desired outcomes to me. My BMI (around 34 at the time) was not ideal for the procedure but Dr Zinn was happy to operate with my informed consent on the subject. He also gave me the heads up that my quote would likely be a little higher than the initial ballpark figure he gave me due to the reduction being quite large. I was emailed the quote within a week, and had booked my surgery date for the start of December within a couple of days of receiving my quote. All paperwork was handled promptly, including the paperwork I needed to apply for release of super. My admission and surgery went exactly as planned, and I stayed one night before being released back into the world with an appropriate bevy of pain medication, clear instructions on the dos and do-nots in the weeks after surgery, two Bonds crops in an unfathomably small size for me (the idea that I fit into a medium now is still hard to believe!), and with nearly 2.5kg less on my chest. The wound care and follow up was faultless even accounting for the fact Dr Zinn went on a holiday about a week before the usual follow up time he saw me early and I was provided with numbers to call if something went horribly wrong. Throughout the whole admission and follow through Dr Zinn had impeccable bedside manner and put me completely at ease. My healing has been smooth and my scars have flattened now. I had a couple of areas in the cleavage where I developed some dog ears as the scars healed and I was able to get these excised in office by Dr Zinn in a bulk billed appointment recently. These ones are still healing, but in my (limited) experience with suturing they look very neat and Im not anticipating any issues. It has been a life changing surgery for me both functionally and aesthetically and I cannot recommend Dr Zinn enough. Should I ever contemplate cosmetic surgery again, Dr Zinn would be my first choice.

Absolutely incredible! Dr. Zinn his whole treating team are amazing! So professional and personal. Absolutely flawless skills and amazing bedside manner. I could not recommend Dr. Zinn and his team highly enough.
