I have been seeing Charles on and off for a couple years due to a lower eyelid ectropion that has affected me since childhood, we have had a couple minor procedures done, and saw little improvement, mid 2022 we decided to go into day surgery and get a canthoplasty done on both eyes to tighten the eyelids, Charles went out of his way to bulk-bill his services as he knew I am a poor Uni student and even went out of his way to find a anesthesiologist willing to do his work bulk-billed as well for me. in total i spent around $1200 out of pocket for a service usually costing $3000-$5000. Thanks Charles, a rare medical professional that truly cares about the patient.

I have had great experiences with Dr Su. I was referred to him by my surgeon in Brisbane after needing a revision done on my left eye for ptosis and I had moved to Melbourne. Mei the assistant was always friendly and quick to reply to me. Dr Su was kind, informative, professional, and calm for all of our appointments and for the procedure itself. The revision procedure was a huge success and my eyes are almost perfect now, Im very pleased. I contacted Dr Su again to discuss whether it would be possible to further correct the position of my eyelid crease now even though my eyes themselves are perfect, and he talked through my options thoroughly and recommended not to proceed with any other procedures yet. But he still gave me the time of day to discuss. His professionalism and attentiveness is unmatched. My ptosis has always been a huge source of insecurity for me and Dr Su has made my confidence significantly higher. Thank you!
