Despite its great location, I had a terrible night's sleep. The A/C was broken and when we went down to report it, there was no one at the front desk to assist despite being in business hours and ringing the service bell several times. The room was close to 40 degrees and we also couldn't open the windows therefore making it an uncomfortable night. There was no hot water in the shower, the hairdryer was broken and had scratchy sheets. At check out, we complained and were not offered a refund or much explanation. I hate to give a bad review but feel they need to work on their overall services and upkeep.

WORST NIGHT EVER IN THIS HOTEL!!! I will never book this place again! It was a super hot day and night and they didnt even bother to make sure the aircon worked in our room and when we went to tell them no one was at the desk even after ringing the bell many times. After being at the tennis we got back to our room and it was extremely hot so we tried to open the windows of course they were broken one wouldnt even open. On top of that there was no hot water in our room and the hair dryer didnt work, the next morning after no sleep and sweating all night we complained at check out and the staff didnt even say sorry, the most terrible service! Dont ever book here if you want to get a decent night sleep.
