This place has updated my understanding of the phrase 'attention to detail'. All you could need for a short stay and probably more. Beautifully furnished, quiet neighbourhood, close to transport. This place is a great look for Airbnb plus, which I will try and look for in future!

Love this lovely place we stayed for 10 days, great apartment and a very unique decoration. Location is great - parks, cafes, nearby tram, close by to city. Fully equipped + Netflix

Lovely little studio on a quiet tree lined street in historic East Melbourne. Its well designed, thoughtfully appointed, light, private, very comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended 5

Checking in and out of PENNY was very straight forward and the pre-arrival communications with Vincent were responsive. My friend and I stayed only one night - we wish we could have stayed more! The single bed was really comfortable (unusual for a sofa bed, right?!?!) and my friend said her sleep was excellent in the queen bed. The apartment decor and colours were really tasteful and the bicycle theme had been perfectly linked throughout the apartment with some really beautiful (and no doubt expensive) trinkets of bikes displayed throughout. The bathroom amenities and kitchen supplies far exceeded our expectations and the generosity of what was provided made our stay very comfortable. The plants were real (yes REAL and not plastic like some other places we've stayed at) and PENNY was light, airy and fresh - with really good quality blackout blinds for sleeping. Being here felt like a home away from home. We'd be keen to stay at some of Vincent's other properties - his hosting skills were really professional.
