I was very impressed with Sue's mediation service. She was very thorough and professional. Her intake sessions were very useful and helped her both get across the matter and put my client at ease. I would happily use her services again for another of my family law clients requiring mediation.

I also have not had a positive experience with Susan Hamilton-Green. Despite numerous emails back and forth between myself and SHG'steam, they have yet to deliver completed documentation related to the second set of mediation discussions between my ex partner and myself, despite aggressively following up over the course of the last year on invoices for these services. To be clear here, I have refused to complete payment to her team due to the outstandingitems on her invoices to me. I was also promised a certificate of mediation. No such document has yet to eventuate. As a result of SHGs failure to adequately document, in particular, the secondset of discussions, to date, I would say that the most importantpart of our dispute discussions, access to my children, remains completelyunresolved. I raised several clarifications, and points of error in the documents SHG initially issued to me. SHG failed to update these documents. As a result, I have no agreed version of a parenting plan that I feel I can refer to in discussions with the girl's mother when we enter into discussions around care for the girls. When I followed up by phone, I would be told that my concernswould be dealt with by one of her team. Months later, I am still waiting.for these documents. I would not recommend SHG services.

Susan was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with Susan and her Team. I was going through a Marriage separation at the time and needed some Legal advice and support. Susan put me at ease from day one as I had been with my ex wife for nearly 30 years and I was in a state of despair, felt lost and had no idea about Family Law or even what my next steps were. Susan has a holistic approach and is meticulous in her work and timely, I found Susan very understanding and emotionally supportive. Through the whole journey she has been very reassuring which really helped me. I always felt better after talking to her. Through Mediation all the way to assett division and property settlement Susan worked very hard to get me a fair outcome so I can start again which I am so grateful for. Susan and her Team are still supporting me through help with financing advice, property acquisition and other financial area's. I can't thank her Team enough for giving me hope that I can have a bright future and move forward. If I have any Legal issues in the future she will be my go to Lawyer. I highly recommend Susan and her Team at CFLS I would love to be able to give 10 stars!
