We recently switched to Axiom and they are a thorough and professional IT company with very friendly and helpful staff, and a real sense of the importance of keeping data safe and secure. Extremely quick to resolve issues, and extremely courteous in how they go about it.

We recently had a change over of IT services to Axiom IT, who have helped us transition to a "modern workplace", i.e. to better utilise the functionalities of microsoft office and other apps (Teams, Sharepoint etc). They have provided a training session and considered our organisational needs and context in this supported transition. The team came to our office to help update our laptops and were diligent in making sure we had the correct apps and settings installed. They have also provided good general IT support as issues have arisen. I have been particularly impressed with how quickly they are to responding to requests, and have found all the Axiom staff to be helpful, friendly, and professional.

I couldn't recommend a better service, the team at Axiom IT have always been very friendly and helpful. David has helped me with any issue that I have had with patience and kindness. The team as a whole are very knowledgable and have always tacked any issue i have had! Keep up the good work!
