We love love love this place! Staff are always ready with a smile no matter how busy they are. Great coffee and lovely food selection. We don't get there often enough unfortunately but always make it in when visiting the Royal Exhibition Building for an expo. Keep it up guys :)

Very disappointed that a colleague and friend was harassed by a member of Ecco's staff. However, issue was handled swiftly and professionally.

I just wanted to share with you my recent experience at a great cafe called "Cafe Ecco". From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with cozy seating and friendly staff. The coffee was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from, including delicious coffee. They also offer a great selection of teas and tasty pastries and sandwiches.
