Pete's Pool Inspections

Pete is a consumate professional. He is friendly, but gets on with the job he has come to achieve. Pete knows exactly what needs to be done to help the pool owner comply with Pool Safety Regulations, and takes care to suggest ways, with helpful advise to improve pool fencing to maintain/improve compliance. He is contactable, & reliably responsive with all communication, including flexibility around appointment times & notification via txt if he is running late. Fabulous! Questions are answered without complication, & if photos can be sent to Pete via email, he will advise where/ as required. We did our homework first, and after employing Pete is was easy to have a clear conversation to understand what needed to be achieved & why. After the initial inspection, the report produced is comprehensive, & it is then up to the pool owner to take responsibility & note the points for improvement to ensure compliance, & rectify them, prior to the final inspection. Pete allows for delays, & is helpful with extensions of time, perhaps where improvement work is delayed. Post final inspection, communication is prompt, with the Certificate 23, which can then be lodged by the owner at the local council. With Pete the process is simple. The owner knows their pool area has fencing compliant to the safety requirements. We highly recommend Pete for your Pool Inspection requirements. 5Star++!! Pete recently helped us gain our 4 yr certificate of compliance for our spa. I couldn't recommend Pete highly enough. He was so easy to deal with - reliable, pragmatic, responsive and friendly. Would absolutely use Pete again
