Edit: It is now 28/11/22 Carlisle still has not repair extensive items on my wife and I's property, despite the contract between us on our PCI and warranty reports stating that work must be completed prior to moving in (PCI) and within 60 days of notice (warranty report) We found that once final payment was received so we could receive keys, any and all urgency was dropped and the company started treating us as a joke. Anyone wanting to build with this company, run away. RUN FAR AWAY. When attending our final inspection with our private inspector my partner and I have found a decent amount of minor defects. Nothing too major. We sent off the report to Carlisle to follow up and they said that everything will be attended to. Fast forward 2 weeks and majority of these issues have been ignore or the ones attended to have been worked on very poorly. Caulking that is sloppy and leading into the stairs off of the walls, marks on the walls, stains on the carpet from repair work (paint and caulk) as well as missing lights in our garage which have been brought up numerous times. We are still attending to these issues but my advice is to not sent final payment until the work has reached the promised standard from the display home and from spectras display. Even if they insist on final payment, final payment IS final payment. When the job is finished, not 2 months later still attending too multiple issues.

I went for a walk through, Sterling 25 display home, today 04/10/2020. It did not disappoint me. I liked the design and loved the layout. Kitchen, dining and family is more specious than what I thought initially. You must go visit the display home to appreciate it fully. Samantha was very welcoming and helpful in explaining the details. Looking forward to finalize the deal.
