Exceptional customer service. I had to replace flooring due to flooding so I had a set amount from the insurance company. Mary was extremely helpful going through many different options to get the best quality product to fit my budget. They're very honest too, I accidentally overpaid and Mary was on to me immediately to send the money back to me. I'm very happy with the end result.
