Ive been coming to this facility for two weeks. I had a shoulder injury from footy and my range of motion was limited due to the injury. I saw Meeron and told him I need play in 24 hours and he literally fixed me up within the hour and gave me some exercise to do before & after my workout and its been amazing. I then got injured the next week but in my left hamstring, I saw him the next day after the game and he assessed and treated it accordingly and I was back within half an hour literally, he is a magicianliterally!

This place needs a makeover and soon. Unfortunately this is my local swim centre but I'd rather drive elsewhere. Needs more seating whilst watching kids swim lessons and community towels to wipe the wet benches if theres ever any available.

Highly recommend Body Balance class ran by Lisel. Ive been going to this gym for almost 2 years and shes definitely my favorite instructor. Always bring positive energy and a loveliest voice to the class. Hope she stays a while
