The Pines Library

Its terrible to see a very rude staff working in this public library who does not even know how to talk to/treat children. I had such a very bad experience with the lady with gray hair who shouted at my daughter while my daughter was playing. I dont really understand how such a terrible person can be hired in this critical position. Terrible experience in kids story time due to that staff ruin my daughters and my day. I shared the happening with managers but no action and no result. What a bad experience and what an awful library.

Good library with a wide selection of books and today I even got help Fein a lovely young man.

My wife and my daughter went to this library and a very rude staff came to my little daughter and shouted at her and pulled the book from her hand made my daughter cry. She is just 1.5 year old. Ut was the worst ever experience they had being in a library. That staff is terribly rude and would suggest everyone with kids to stay away from this library. They went to library to attend story time which instead made this terrible experience for them. The staff member was a lady with gray hair. I raised the matter with their manager and manager of manager but they did nothing and just simply said sorry. Im pretty sure with that staff working in the library the same would happen to other kids. That rude person should not be allowed to work in public library and should be fired no question asked.
