Went here on Saturday with my sister to buy a present for Mothers Day and the two girls working there were disgusting, they were not helpful at all and then after 20 minutes of picking out a drink they came and told us that we could not buy alcohol because one of us were underage even though my sister was obviously overage. I never recommend anyone to go this place as even the manager of the store was completely unhelpful and rude to us.

I visited the store on Wednesday and I was really not pleased that the two guys were not wearing any masks and made no efforts to find one.

Just had the absolute worst customer experience ever. Just finished my long tiring shift in retail, and picked up my younger brother from work. We were getting last minute Mothers Day presents, got a card, chocolate and then went to go get my mum and nan a bottle of wine each. We entered the store with our hands full of gifts, we had to ask where the wine we wanted was. One of the young girls pointed to where it was and then instantly walked away. Didnt even offer to help us find which ones we were after. Instead they stood behind the register talking the whole time. After 20 minutes we had finally picked out the bottles we were after. We were about to head to pay. And THEN one of the girls approaches us saying just letting you know youll both need to show us an id before purchasing. Im literally about to turn 21 and my brother was obviously underage. As if I was buying red wine for my little brother?? Biggest waste of time. They could of told us when we first entered. It was so obvious we were buying a Mothers Day gift with the amount of presents we had in our hands. Definitely do not recommend shopping here, girls were snobby, rude, and unhelpful. Asked to speak to the manager and she goes I am the manager. Didnt come off as a manager at all with the attitude she had. I went straight to BWS and purchased what I needed. Thanks to the two young girls for wasting our time especially when we were in a rush!!!! I have never had to complain about any store ever, but this REALLY made me mad!!! Absolutely disgusting experience.
