The customer service in this jewellery shop is pathetic. Management refused to repair a Cobb and Co. clock that was under lifetime warranty. They then tried to rip me off to pay $15 for freight charges that they could not justify. Avoid this shop!

The customer service in this shop is absolutely disgusting, I have never been treated so badly from the moment i walked into the shop. If you have a issue with a product which is under warranty they will not help. This is obviously a common issue with their so called valued (not) customers as previous posts suggest. Do not buy from these jewellers.
