Had an amazing experience today upgrading mobile phone and changing contracts with Nagina assisting us. She was very patient, knowledgeable and was able to provide detailed explanations and advice for any questions I had.

The boys at Vodafone The Pines TJ and Josh were amazing, their customer service was next level. Wouldn't go to another Vodafone store. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience with Nagina at Vodafone at the Pines. She was extremely efficient and professional. She was provided us with exactly the services we were needing. Her product knowledge was outstanding and she tailored our services to fit our circumstances all of this with a smiling, friendly and personable demeanour. Highly recommended!

Out of all the Vodafone stores i have been to over the years this is definitely the best one. The staff are patient, polite, helpful and very customer focused. Im not one to write reviews but was so pleased with their service i just had to. Thanks guys!

Went in recently to enquire about their mobile plans. I found the customer service horrible, I guess it depends on who is working on that day as the customer service representative, so everyone will have a different experience. I was spoken to by a local Asian guy whom I found a bit arrogant and he spoke so loudly when I asked questions and I was told that I can find all the information I need online, now that is customer service for you (sarcastic). So, I decided to stick with my old mobile service. I know that there can be unfriendly and arrogant people elsewhere, but this was my experience here.
