Shouldnt even receive a 1 for the service I received this morning. Normally the ladies are lovely and do a good job. Unfortunately the girl this morning 26/5 9am ish showed no interest in my job and was to interested talking her own language to her friend waiting. She couldnt wait to get me off the seat. When I looked at the job she had done It was terrible , she had only half done the the job. When I questioned her on it, something that I would never ever normally do she spoke in her language to her friend. I could tell she was not happy at all at having to come back to me. Once she had finished a second time she left wax all over my face and I had to ask her for the after wax gel they use. Really really disappointing service this morning. The ladies do an ok threading job, but very rough and fast on the skin with the thread. Not happy with the service and lack of customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Super unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. The staff are so rude and disinterested. Eyebrows also look horrible and are mismatched. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had a service done by this business; eyebrow threading and upper lip threading. I felt like such a burden, the lady doing my eyebrows/upper lip was loudly sighing like working there was the bane of her existence. She made both my eyebrows bleed, and they have now scabbed up. I have photos. She also did not offer me any cooling gel after the service (which would have helped seeing as my eyebrows were in so much pain). She rushed my upper lip, and didn't ask me to "fold" or "poke my tongue" in spots so that she could get all the hair. As you can imagine, she did not get all the hair. I had to pluck when I got home. When it was time to pay, she didn't even lift the eftpos machine from behind the deski had to reach over which felt wrong as i am a customer and shouldn't be touching anything on the desk/anywhere near the till. I really dont like the idea of writing bad reviews, but at the end of the day I paid for a service that was not done properly and I was hurt in the process. I wont be going back or recommending this business. Services: Hair threading, Eyebrow threading

The one star reviews here are accurate, trust me. I've been three times thinking each time it would get better but it got worse. The first time I arrived just after 5, the website at the time stated they closed at 6. I asked the lady if they were closed and she said yes but the door was half open and the lights were on so I said, "it says you close at 6". She then said okay come in. I got my eyebrows threaded and she did a decent job. The second time I stood waiting behind a delivery person with no customers in the store except me. I was not acknowledged for about 20 minutes. I then interrupted to which the delivery person left and the beautician still barely spoke to me. My eyebrows were threaded in about 5 mins and she did not offer me any cream or lotion and instead started speaking to another customer who had arrived. My last experience was my last straw. I asked for eyebrow threading and waxing on the upper lip. She told me she couldn't do waxing because the wax wasn't hot, but then looked at it and said she could. That's when I noticed the state the wax pots are in - absolutely feral - but I didn't have enough time to go elsewhere. She used extremely hot wax and ripped it off before it hardened, missed hair which I had to pluck out later, left wax on my face (which a family member pointed out later in the day), didn't offer any cream or lotion after and even missed long hairs on my eyebrows. I haven't had this kind of experience at any other beauty and brow parlour. I would encourage beauty and brow to seriously investigate (outside of the word of the store manager/owner) the standards letting their brand down at this location. I'm surprised at the 5 star reviews - why have my experiences been so painfully bad?
