Health Dynamix Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates

I have been visiting health dynamix for about 6 months now. I have been seeing Shweta and the whole time she has been nothing but perfect. I work a very labour intensive job and am also very physical and always have different injuries and Shweta has been able to fix every one of them. The team are all extremely polite and friendly and would highly recommend health dynamix and Shweta :)

I have been a patient there for almost 2 years and have only received professional and accurate service that gets results! These guys are great - friendly, professional and most importantly, excellent physiotherapists. I had been to a couple of physiotherapist before this but with no effective results and Im so glad I found Divya. She rapidly diagnosed my problems and came up with a great treatment programme to correct it. Her knowledge is incredible, and shes so easy to get along with which makes treatment even better. Divya and the team have a wealth of experience and knowledge and I highly recommend their services. If I could give 6 stars I would!! Thank you guys!!

I met Vicky when I come to Health Dynamix for the physio exercises during my second trimester pregnancy. Vicky provided me an exercise program which is suitable for me and I come to do the exercises regularly. During lockdown, I stopped the exercises for a few weeks, and started to have back and leg pain. Then Vicky did some treatment for me and I also returned back to exercises. These gave the pain relief effectively. She also adjusted my program as my bump getting bigger. I am very happy that I dont have back pain since then. People also said my movement is so flexible even when I am 37 weeks pregnant with a big bump. Thank you very much to Vicky for your patience and professional service.
