I was introduced to Loui and Konstrukteur to perform an inspection for our newly built property. Loui is very professional, prompt and attended the inspection on time. His inspection service was very thorough and high above the standard. We do not hesitate to recommend Loui and Konstrukteur to our friends and family members for their inspection service needs.

I used Konstrukteur for our property inspection, I must say I am disappointed with Loui and his report. He missed multiple defects which we had noticed in the past, I assumed he would go through everything with a fine comb noticing all defects. Today while at the house I notice more in the kitchen which he did not mark. Our next door neighbours went through another company and their guy went up the roof and noticed defects. where Loui mentioned in his report he didnt have access to get to the second story of the house. Im sure like everyone else, when you pay for someone to go inspect your house, you expect a thorough job, not for yourself to tell them what they have missed and add to the report. Its a shame really as he came highly recommended. Would I use this company again - No!

Quick Quality Service!!! Loui is so easy to deal with. Tommy is very efficient, skillful and very knowledgeable of his craft. Kenny the electrician is very helpful, polite and is a wizard when it comes to electrical jobs. Nghan is very hard working and always have the customers satisfaction in mind. Our home looks fantastic and there are more jobs in line for the team from us. We really recommend the Golden Properties Group for any property renovations and we really appreciate Louies above and beyond quality service. Thank you Team Special thanks for Louies mum for her exquisite cooking which she graciously sent to us on weekends. This is not part of the service but we think its worth mentioning
