We had a very positive experience working with Geoff at Vivid Civil Engineers. He was friendly and approachable and reliable. He telephoned before coming out and was flexible with appointments and he arrived when he said he was going to. He was able to suggest alternatives to the design, which were more cost effective and improved the overall finished product. His part of the work was finished on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Vivid Civil to anyone requiring engineering services!

Very disappointing service after the drawings were completed. Instead of trying to find a solution to ensure that the job kept moving forward Geoff was only interested in who he needed to invoice at the hourly rate before he would even come out. After two weeks of constantly trying to obtain his help via emails and phone calls it was all too difficult. We have been delayed now for 8 weeks as we had to engage a new engineer and have had to re-coordinate trades again. It was extremely difficult to obtain client service from Geoff after drawings were complete and paid in full. We were happy to pay for his time but there seemed to be no desire to help us to solve any small problems when they came up on site. Personally I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone else based on my recent experience. Geoff - 8th July 2022 your email to us stated. We have contacted a Geotech engineer . and will on charge the cost. A lady from your office called my husband on the same day to check his mobile number as she was forwarding it to the engineer. Although we tried to obtain details for the visit or engineers contact details so we were able to communicate with them directly we never heard from anyone. Once again more concerned with on charging costs then following up the engineers visit. Not ideal client service/communication.

As a private developer for my first project at Rosanna area with a plan for my subdivision at a corner block. We had pretty tough council and I appreciate Geoff for his relentless high level of services. Definitely recommend this company Thanks to the great services Geoff had been offering.
