Overpriced and shocking food. The bar service was good but the kitchen staff a different story. We waited 1.5 hours for our meals with the kids meals coming out LAST. Not to mention they forgot a dish. 2 soggy springs rolls for $16, kids lasagne was tasteless with undercooked fries, grilled chicken was dry and 4 tiny pieces for $20!! The kids dinosaur nuggets which come from the packet were the best meal says something. Thankfully we were refunded but very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the standard of this hotel is not 3 stars hotel. For the price of almost $200 per night, we got filthy room! There was dust on the shelves and dead insects & flies in the room, bathroom as well as in the hall. There was a used bath towel in the bathroom, which was probably left by previously guest. No service, no fresh towels, no spare toilet paper - i stayed there for a a few days! The communal kitchen was dirty Even toilet seat didn't want to stay up Food in the hotel's restaurant wasn't tasty, oily pizza. Service was also not very much welcoming. Sad...it could be such a great place On the bright side: good heating system, nice view from the room, cozy fireplace & pub , good selections of beers, great location.
