When I purchased the car, I would have highly rated Imi and his customer service. 3 weeks into purchase the car is an automatic but stalls on occasion, and has issues starting. I went to the mechanic that imi suggested. They immediately got annoyed at me because I accidentally said I was there for a service and not a diagnostic service, which I had to call Imi and fix even though he told them that I would be arriving. After a 30 second checkup I was told "nothing was wrong" and "what do you want us to do about it. The machine says it is fine so it is fine". Both the mechanic and Imi then proceeded to get incredibly angry very quickly at me for asking if there was more that can be done, and told me they don't want to work on my car because I "didn't smile enough and was rude".

Automobex Pty Ltd is the most responsible car dealership for me to buy used cars. The boss IMI is very sincere and generous, and the working team is very dedicated. The car is very cost-effective. My car took a long time to wait because of the rear camera, but they were very honest and let me know the inside story and gave me a lot of comfort. These guys are always under the pump for good reasons. With such good service, I'm not surprised to see them selling cars all the time. VicRoads must've had a Karen assessing the car I purchased because they were making things so difficult. The boys from Automobex did not give up. They did everything they could to get that pass. During this time, they made sure to keep me updated with the progress despite their busy daily schedules. For the best cars and top notch service, I highly recommend the Automobex crew.

I gave these guys a brief and they absolutely nailed it and exceeded all expectations of car guys. Genki was a professional with street smarts and we couldnt be happier with our pumping Subaru!
