Dingley Thai Restaurant

I recently visited a family-run Thai restaurant for Mother's Day and I have to say, the food was absolutely incredible! The restaurant is owned and operated by Thai people, which adds to the authenticity and overall experience. To start, I ordered a Thai milk green tea which was simply delicious. It was creamy, sweet, and had just the right amount of tea flavor. The perfect way to start my meal. Next up were the dishes, and let me tell you, my mouth was watering just looking at them! The pineapple fried rice was an explosion of flavors in my mouth - the combination of sweet pineapple, savory rice, and crunchy vegetables was simply divine. The massaman curry was rich and flavorful, with tender pieces of meat and a creamy, coconutty sauce. I couldn't resist ordering the beef salad, which was light and refreshing, with juicy pieces of beef and a tangy dressing that left me wanting more. As for the noodles, both the pad see ewe and pad mer hokkien were outstanding. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great texture, while the sauces were well-balanced and packed with flavor. I found myself constantly going back for more. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The fact that the restaurant was easy to park at was a huge plus as well. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience. The food is beyond delicious - so much so that my saliva was literally watering - and the service is top-notch. Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant! Five stars all the way.

Very tasty food. Highly recommend. Pad Thai was very good. In fact all dishes were. Authentic flavour and good quantity
