I have been training with Pat for well over a year now, and really enjoying it. Hes really friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He put together a really great personalised training program to help me achieve my goals and reach my ideal bodyweight, Its also helpful to be able to access this training plan at home via an app on my phone, which is easy to use. Pat is also very flexible and willing to change sessions around to accomodate your work schedule.

Pat has been a pleasure to have as a PT. So organised and punctual and flexible when required as I have a busy work and personal life. His knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training, including strength, mobility and fitness is top of the range. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone interested in achieving some fitness goals.

Patrick is a awesome trainer - been training with him for awhile and what I like about him is he makes sure to remind me and ask me about my goals and what I want to achieve each week .. month and year. Patrick has a personalised plan for me that caters for my fitness level, each session is different - I enjoy each session as he pushes me out of my comfort zone and the exhilarating feeling at the end of each session is such a good feeling as it makes me feel happy, confident and energised. My strength and endurance have improved immensely but even more so now that Ive reach my early 40s - its more important for me to keep my fitness levels up and I Thankfully have Patrick to help me achieve my fitness goals. Thank you Patrick for the advice support and patience

From the moment I met him, I could tell that he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. He took the time to get to know me, my goals, and my fitness level, and developed a personalized workout plan that was challenging but achievable. What I appreciate most about Pat is his ability to push me to my limits while also being incredibly supportive and encouraging. He is always there to offer guidance and feedback, and he has helped me achieve results that I never thought were possible. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength, endurance, weight loss (lost 12kg in approx 4 months) and overall fitness level since I started training with him.
