Disgraceful - not first class at all! Boarded my dogs here as it looked amazing - was very mistaken!.. Was told were fed premium food but premium food does not make both dogs really fat after just 5 days and makes them poo constantly for 3 days afterwards. Also bright yellow is not healthy!. Dog coats were not used (still folded & smelt fresh). Both smelt so DISGUSTING, like they slept in their own wee! They were desperate for exercise when I got them home & I had paid the extra for walks which they clearly did not get. Extremely disappointed & telling everyone I know this place sux

Love this place. Its such a great place to take our GSP to burn off some energy at the pool. One thing I do wish that could be added though is an online booking system for the indoor pool. Sometimes if there is an opportunity Id love to take my dog on short notice but can struggle to get through to someone on the phones. It would be a very helpful addition.

Disappointed. Called to make a booking and they would not accept my cat as he is 15yrs, despite him being in perfect health (had a recent vet check). Where are we too board our animals as they get older if facilities will not accept them as they age.

My 2 dachshunds have been staying at kepala for a few years now. Kepala doesnt smell of urine, grassed areas everywhere, happy and friendly staff. My dogs come back nice and happy, well looked after and without being smelly. Wouldnt consider any other boarding company. Oh and the price is very reasonable.
