Animal Land Children's Farm

So much fun for the kiddies, perfect place for a Saturday visit or a birthday party. Super friendly staff and great facilities. Coffee shop and food available.

Way better than Collingwood Children's Farm. More animals. Most are out and roaming, and follow you around. You get given food to feed all the animals. Great place!

A common theme amongst the reviews is the rude staff... You'd think after so many comments about this that maybe the customers are telling the truth. We were considering booking a kids birthday party here, however answering a few simple questions was met with a condescending tone & a demeanour like it was an absolute inconvenience to speak to a customer. When booking a party for your child's special day, I think it is perfectly reasonable to want to have a basic understanding of what would be occurring on the day, and how the set-up would work. Thank you for making the decision easy to go elsewhere. We will not be coming back here even for a day visit.

I paid $75 for two children and two adults which I thought was hefty for a farm visit. Anyway we were told you get a free pony ride, hold the bunnies and feed for the farm animals. After doing the rounds of the farm we decided to line up for our pong ride - after 20minutes waiting with my three year old in the cold and moments of rain, I was told we were not allowed on the pony as the birthday party was priority. I was furious. I made a complaint to the front to which I was offered to take my daughter on the pony but by then my daughter was over it and we left. Didnt feel valued and most likely wont go back as we left disappointed. Maybe next time they can have one dedicated pony for parties and another pony for visitors supporting the farm.
