We have experience of building our house with Rex team at 6 Mellup Rise Wollert. It was beautiful home built by Rex team under the management of Charlie, best result and out come in terms of construction and craftsmanship. Over the last years, I have given lots of land clients to Rex to build custom design Home as real estate agent on my company behalf Capital and Co. I am very happy and grateful to Charlie to look after our clients and deliver quality homes with in reasonable time frame. Absolutely pleasure to be with Charlie for building our house with Rex homes. He was very quick and efficient in responding whenever needed and the house was built and finished above our expectations. Even our friends built two houses in Eucalypt estate from Charlie as the finish is better than the display homes. Whole team is very helpful. We know him from last ten years and many more houses to be build from this gentleman. Highly recommended.

If there was a button to give 0 stars I would. All those fake reviews about Italian builders and directors are all fabricated by the fraud man Farrukh. Please note REX HOMES DO NOT BUILD HOMES IT IS BRIGHT HOMES. I Do not understand why he displays him self as a builder when he uses another party to build. He will take your money whilst he lives in a mansion. Promises you the best build but will ignore you as soon you have problems with the build. PLEASE do your research. Go google bright homes call them and ask for grace or michael or angela they will confirm they are the builders. A few of us have gathered evidence of his shady work as he is portraying himself as the builder but is not. Deceiving families, we have taken it to the current affair. You are muslim yet you scam people of there builds. Karma my friend ! It will come dont you worry.

Big NO to Rex homes and Farrukh. Its better not to build your house rather than getting built by them. Farrukh is one of the most unprofessional person Ive ever met. They are anyways gonna get your house built by Bright homes, so it makes no sense to involve a project manager like Farrukh just to waste your time and money. For my Punjabi community over here, think 10 times before getting into business with them. You will only regret your decision as I still regret the day meeting him and trusting him for being from our community. I can assure all the 5 star ratings would be from family, friends and staff. As someone like Farrukh wont get even 1 star rating.
