My partner called and spoke with Westside Sealants to book in caulking for our apartment balcony. He was given a date & time for a booking by their receptionist and told to email them to confirm (odd because we confirmed it on the phone but he did it). Afterwards, he received an email back that simply said "Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this request. Kind Regards Lee Gandolfo" There was no other information as to why or what changed since we spoke with them on the phone. It was confusing and wasted a lot of time from our side as we wanted to book in the job asap. We replied asking for help and if they needed more information or if they would prefer a different day/time to which they just didn't respond at all! We ended up booking the job through another caulking company who were fantastic. I would not bother with this company or recommend wasting your time.

Absolutely fantastic job completed by Rob and organised by his team. Rob caulked our entire kitchen including the floor to island bench and counters along with all our door frames. Work was done amazingly well and the price was better then every other quote we got. If you need any caulking work done definitely go through this company. Thanks again!
